Technical Challenge
During the product development phase, several technical challenges were identified:
• High ambient light in factory environments required strong display brightness
• Operators often wear industrial gloves, requiring reliable touch response
• Heavy machinery created electromagnetic interference (EMI)
• The display module must support 24/7 industrial operation

Validation Result
The display module successfully passed reliability tests including:
• High temperature test: 70°C / 500 hours
• Low temperature operation: -20°C
• Touch lifecycle test: 1 million+ touch cycles
• EMI compatibility validation
The module performed stably during the customer's equipment testing phase.
Mass Production Status
The project entered mass production in 2024.
The display module is now widely used in the customer's CNC machine control panels, with stable shipments and long-term supply support.
